In 2022, the AHA’s Institute for Diversity and Health Equity launched its Health Equity Roadmap, a national framework to support members in dismantling structural barriers, accelerate health equity and advance equitable outcomes in the communities they serve.
The ETP’s goal is to identify an exclusive group of trusted and vetted services to help AHA member hospitals accelerate their equity journey. The program connects AHA members to trusted practitioners and organizations committed to equity transformation work.
